Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 12, 2026

Plexable LLC (Plexable, we, us, or our) operates plexable.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or submit an enquiry. Contact: Plexable LLC, King Hussein Business Park (KHBP), Building 23B, Amman, Jordan, hello@plexable.com, +962 785509509. Project-specific privacy terms in a signed client agreement take priority for that project.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the full name, phone number, email address, company, position, referral source, and message you submit; information in later communications; technical and security data such as IP-derived location, browser and device details, referrer, pages requested, timestamps, and security logs; analytics information after consent; and your cookie preference with its decision time. Required fields are marked in the form and other information is voluntary. Please do not send passwords, source code, trade secrets, health, financial, or other sensitive information through the free-text field unless we specifically request it and appropriate safeguards are in place.

2. How and Why We Use Information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries and prepare proposals; take steps you request before a contract; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website; maintain business records; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, steps taken at your request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, legal obligations, or another basis permitted by law.

Framer hosts and delivers the site and provides aggregated, cookieless site measurement. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are optional and load only after you accept analytics cookies. GA4 helps us understand aggregated traffic; Clarity provides interaction data, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify usability issues. We do not use website analytics for advertising or remarketing, and we do not make decisions about you solely through automated processing.

Provider information: Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics privacy information are available from Google. Microsoft explains its processing in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use a consent-first approach. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity do not load until you choose Allow analytics cookies. Rejecting prevents those tools from loading. Necessary local storage may remember your decision and keep the site secure. The plexable_cookie_preferences record stores a versioned choice, decision date, and expiry for up to 13 months. GA4 may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies; provider defaults can be up to two years, but Plexable removes accessible first-party analytics cookies after withdrawal or expiry where technically possible. Clarity may set _clck, _clsk, and related Microsoft cookies, with lifetimes ranging from the session to about 13 months. GA4 event data may be retained for up to 14 months. Standard Clarity recordings are generally retained for 30 days, while certain aggregated, labeled, or favorited information may be retained for up to 13 months. Use the persistent Cookie preferences control to accept, reject, withdraw, or re-enable optional analytics at any time.

4. Service Providers and International Processing

We may share personal data with providers that help us host, secure, analyse, maintain, and communicate through the website, including Framer, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and relevant email or infrastructure providers. Some providers may process information outside Jordan or your country. Where required, we use contractual protections or other lawful safeguards appropriate to the transfer. We do not sell personal data or share enquiry or analytics data for advertising or remarketing.

5. Retention and Security

We normally keep enquiry and lead information for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact. We may keep it longer for an active relationship, a legal obligation, dispute resolution, or legal claims. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary; analytics and cookie periods are described above. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email hello@plexable.com to make a request; we may verify your identity. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the relevant authority under Jordan’s Personal Data Protection framework where applicable.

7. Sharing, Required Disclosures, and Third-Party Sites

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request; to protect rights, safety, property, or security; in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation, sale, or business transfer; or with your direction or consent. Third-party websites linked from our site follow their own privacy practices, and Plexable is not responsible for those practices.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy when our website, practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision, and material changes will be highlighted where reasonably appropriate. For privacy questions, rights requests, or concerns, contact Plexable LLC, King Hussein Business Park (KHBP), Building 23B, Amman, Jordan, hello@plexable.com, +962 785509509.
