These Terms of Use govern access to plexable.com, operated by Plexable LLC (Plexable, we, us, or our). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The website primarily provides information to businesses and organisations considering Plexable’s services.
1. Website Only
These Terms govern the website only. They do not create a client, consulting, employment, partnership, joint-venture, fiduciary, project, NDA, confidentiality, or other professional relationship. An enquiry, call, or project discussion does not require either party to proceed. Client work is governed by a separate signed or accepted proposal, agreement, statement of work, or similar document, which takes priority for that engagement.
2. Website Information, Portfolio Work, and Results
Website information is general and may change without notice. It is not legal, financial, technical, or other professional advice. Case studies, portfolio examples, testimonials, timelines, metrics, and outcomes describe particular circumstances and do not guarantee that another project will achieve the same result. Client names, trademarks, logos, and materials remain their respective owners’ property and do not imply a broader endorsement.
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but services, availability, team information, project descriptions, and other content may change. You should assess information against your own circumstances before relying on it.
3. Enquiries, Confidentiality, and Acceptable Use
Unless a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement signed by Plexable already applies, information sent through the website is treated as non-confidential. Do not submit passwords, credentials, source code, trade secrets, regulated data, or other sensitive information. You must not use the site unlawfully; interfere with its operation, security, or availability; gain unauthorised access; introduce malicious code or traffic; scrape at a disruptive volume; or reverse engineer technology except where applicable law expressly permits. Ordinary search-engine indexing that follows robots.txt and does not disrupt the site is permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided as is and as available, without implied warranties. Plexable is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from website use, inability to use it, or reliance on it, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data. Nothing excludes a right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct. Client-project liability is governed by the relevant client agreement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and consented analytics cookies. By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that policy and ask Plexable to respond.
8. Changes, Governing Law, and General Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. Revised Terms apply from the effective date shown and do not retrospectively change an existing signed client agreement or accrued rights. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably appropriate. These Terms and non-contractual website disputes are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman, Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
