The Authority & Authenticity Gap
Designing for Global Influence Creating an authentic space for a monarch is a delicate balancing act. A strict corporate site wouldn't reflect Her Majesty's approachable warmth, while a standard blog wouldn't convey her global authority. We needed a precise, culturally sensitive digital architecture that could elegantly house her flagship initiatives.

UX Architecture
We built a "Mission-First" hierarchy. The architecture makes it easy for users to jump from global advocacy to local news. The focus was on reducing clicks and making discovery feel natural.
